The bathroom/sink/toilet constantly leaks/drips/overflows, the heating/cooling/air conditioning system is always broken/on the fritz/malfunctioning, and there are always/frequently/some times bugs/cockroaches/insects. I've called/emailed/contacted them multiple times/a bunch of times/on numerous occasions to report these issues/problems/concerns, but they just ignore/disregard/brush off my complaints/requests/messages.
It's really frustrating/annoying/upsetting dealing with this company/property management/organization. I wouldn't recommend/suggest/advise Premier Properties to anyone/my worst enemy/even my dog. Save yourself the headache/trouble/aggravation and look somewhere else.
